Q: Can you supply OEM service?

We provide ODM OEM services to customers, subject to certain minimum order quantities, with short lead time.
Q: How to pack the products?

BA tubes are individually packaged for each tube.
EP tubes are double layered packaged for semiconductor ultra-high purity pipelines.
6 meter long pipes are packaged in export wooden case.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

We are manufacture factory. And you are welcomed to visit us for inspection. The quality control flow will show you ourprofessional.
Q: How long is the delivery time?

We have a large inventory, and regular tubes are usually shipped in about a week. Alloy tubes will be shipped in about 2 weeks.
Q: What certificates do you provide?

Technical drawing, Mill 3.1 certificate, Co certificate, test report etc.
Q: What are the trade methods?

EXW, CNF, CIF, DDP, DAP, L/C etc.
Q: Do you provide project support?

Strict product quality control, quality makes the future. This is the tenet of our factory.
Each product from our factory has strict testing procedures, and must be 100% quality before delivery.
Q: For OEM service, can we sign a confidentiality agreement?

Of course, we have many years of OEM experience and keep customer information confidential.
Q: Custom Length

We can cut the pipe into lengths of 1 meter, 2 meters, and 3 meters according to our requirements.
