Manufacturing process

4. Precision straightening: High precision straightening equipment is used to ensure the straightness and roundness of the pipe and avoid surface scratches.

Surface treatment technology

1. Electrolytic polishing: Using electrolytic action to create small protrusions on the surface, achieving a mirror like effect on the surface of the pipe and improving its corrosion resistance.

2. Mechanical polishing: By using mechanical means such as cloth wheels and sand belts, polish step by step until the surface is smooth like a mirror, suitable for large-diameter pipes.

3. Chemical passivation: After treatment, a dense oxide film is formed to further enhance corrosion resistance and maintain brightness.
