These hot finished welded tubes are really strong and can be used for different jobs in many industries. It is so tough that they are used in heavy duty work conditions, when other kinds of materials may face troubles. The harshest of weather conditions has been a bad name to several industries except for the hot finished welded tubes.
These tubes are manufactured using hot finishing technique by NLK. So they are hot bend, and that means also high strength as the normal tubes. They are then molded and lastly welded together in the shape of tubes.
This NLK hot finished seamless tubing is one of the methods that we use important. Their direct-quench cooling system is powered by a means of heating tubing to absurdly high temperatures and then rapidly lowering the temperature again over 20 feet worth.
We give them to pressure and friction that our tubes must endure, yet we persist at making the tough. A simple example of this would be the fact that they demand heavy and disturbing behavior as in when one uses a big machinery equipment to execute work on construction sites.
